Ascalon Settlement Skill Trainer - Guild Wars Forums

So I've just reached Yak's Head, spent the entire day scouring Ascalon, and still haven't come across this elusive Skill Trainer. I was intent on finding him myself, but sleep deprivation wins. Anyone got any idea as to where I might chase this fella down?

The name is a little bit misleading, but you're not quite there yet. Ascalon Settlement is in the explorable area outside of Lion's Arch.
